Lead Developer

Job Title: Remote Lead Developer (Python) – Kaynes

Kaynes is seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with a strong Python background to spearhead innovative software projects for a fully remote team in the US.

Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end development cycles, ensuring timely progress and top-notch quality
• Lead a team of developers by providing mentorship, code reviews, and direction
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Architect, design, and implement scalable Python applications and microservices
• Champion best practices in coding, security, and software architecture

Ideal Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) and libraries
• Demonstrated expertise in RESTful API design, data modeling, and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding both technical and non-technical team members
• Track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on schedule
