Overview:
Hire PHP is in search of a PHP Developer to join our remote U.S. software engineering team. In this role, you will architect and maintain robust, high-performing web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.

• Key Responsibilities
– Craft and maintain modern PHP codebases using frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
– Design efficient database schemas and integrate with external APIs
– Implement unit tests, oversee bug fixes, and enhance application performance
– Participate in code reviews and continuous integration workflows
– Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in web development

• Ideal Qualifications
– Proven track record with PHP, plus a solid grasp of either Laravel, Symfony, or other PHP frameworks
– Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORMs
– Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and DevOps concepts
– Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
– Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
